It's as simple as that: Uncle Donald politely asks for a fire break and nice Vladimir spontaneously thinks the idea is so great that he happily agrees.

Europe can act. As one step: by designating the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organisation and by urgently further extending EU sanctions to all those individuals propping up the regime through repression, violence and murder.
