I read the rubric and—in my lay opinion—the student met the mail. I think her argument is wrong, ugly & offensive. But the TA asked for opinion & “feelings,” & the paper reflects she read the article. No requirement to cite sources, but a “reaction.” Dislike her reaction, but it fulfills the task.
