I know that every proposal must have private backing-no taxpayer $-& requires FN approval. Which proposals, including some here in NB, have been approved? Even that AB/federal MOU means nothing unless it fulfills those requirements.

The emphasis of the Carney gov't is lessening our integration with US manufacturing et al as much as possible. The aim is rather than selling them our raw materials for pennies, we process & then use them here. Also a goal is trade with reliable, stable partners & far less with the US.
