I'm (somewhat) pleased to hear this. I was thinking this "peace plan" would fall apart soon enough -- and it fell apart faster than I thought it would.
Not only is it a dead issue, it also highlights the sheer chaos in the Trump White House.

What we have is nobody clearly in charge in the White House, and different factions pursuing contradictory agendas. I'm thinking this will settle out in a week or so, and we'll be right back to where we were before it came up. Then it will happen again in a few months.

A lot of the early JFK assassination conspiracy trolls were actually Western Leftists, who didn't like the idea of the Left being blamed for the assassination. This led to the claim that circulated early on in which Oswald was a closet Nazi.

Reading the article, it doesn't suggest Trump has any new tricks: he just signs executive orders and makes demands that the states ignore, and makes noises about sending in the National Guard to grab elections. He has to be watched, but he's not that scary.

Yeah, it took me a long time to delete my Xitter account. I'd try to delete, to come back and find it hadn't been deleted -- suggesting Xitter policy was to prevent deletions.

Since that statement wasn't from a Putin spokesman, I'm not sure it's definitive. It is still welcome; the Ukrainians can and will use it to beat up Trump's surrender-monkey stooges.

There seems to be pro-Ukraine and pro-Russian factions in the White House. Right now, the pro-Russian faction is ascendant. I'm expecting a backtrack in the near future. We've been through this several times before.

Maybe I'm unobservant, but I'm not seeing anyone on the Left who trusts MTG any farther than they can throw a mountain.
Now she is saying some interesting things that hit the right notes, but it's hard to read too much into them. What's interesting is the breaking up of MAGA.
