For a couple of reasons, swapped for today the leg press from being the very last exercise I do to the very first. So from the ""wall"" of 14 reps at 343 kg, we went to 15 at 363 on 2nd set, after doing 15 reps at 343 set 1.

After the 20 kg plate fell on my leg yesterday, it hurt. Then a few minutes to a few hours later, barely hurt. By the time I went to bed, it hurt a lot.
Somehow, today I woke up with the pain being very minor, no bruising, no swelling, nothing.

Dropped a 20 kg weight on the arch of my foot today while setting up the leg press. Nothing seems broken, but it will bruise up tomorrow for sure.

Right now I track calories to ensure I don't under-eat as well. Like right now, I did a good workout, and I'm done with my food for the day, hunger-wise, but I'm only at 2300 kcals, so I'm going to go and find about 1k more calories to stuff into my mouth.

Gained 5 kilograms in the past 3 months. Half of it is water, most of the rest is muscle. My weight's stabilized at 74 kilograms (163 pounds) now, at 178.5 cms (5'10.25"), at ~3100 calories a day, which is quite a lot.

Happy (Civil) New Year everyone! For the last few years, every year I've been saying the same thing, and somehow it remains not happening: May this year be better than the past one. Not a high bar to clear, but somehow it keeps getting worse. To hope! :3
