I have so many ocs to share but I'll keep things simple and stick with the major characters within my story!
Merenna, Trevor, Riley and Savon!
Info for each in the alt text!
Merenna, my story's main protagonist. She's a very shy and timid woman who has a love of flowers. Despite her intense fear she dreams of becoming the world's greatest knight so that she can inspire those who are fearful like her! Trevor, the secondary protagonist of my story. Merenna's childhood friend as well as main inspiration. He is a very kind and caring person who aims to defeat death and bring about eternal life for all. He is the person who gives Merenna the strength to start on her journey in the first place. At some point he abandons his goal of defeating death after coming to the realization that it is a necessary thing for the cycle of life. Riley, Merenna's mentor/love interest. She is a very loud and uncouth woman who loves a good fight. She's not very smart but makes up for it with her incredible strength. She takes Merenna under her wing in order to make her stronger in mind. Through this mentorship they both develop strong romantic feelings for one another (they're about the same age btw) Savon, one of the two main antagonists of my story. He is the crown prince of the kingdom the story takes place in. Prior to his heel turn he is a very silly and often clumsy guy who despite often fumbling at his princely duties receives great love and support from his people. It turns out however he was one of the masterminds behind a conspiracy that would, if successful lead to a world without death. Many atrocities, some of which he had a hand in, needed to be carried out for this outcome to occur.

Actually Merenna also has a similar (if not higher) rate of people developing crushes on her for much the same reason as Trevor! My characters Riley, Melissa and Zanporro all develop pretty strong feelings for her

This would be Trevor! He's extremely kind and is (in universe) quite good looking so it's natural that people of all genders are drawn to him! In the story both Erina and Paula fall in love with him for almost the same reason (He was their first real friend).

Paula has always been a bit different from the rest, growing up in a very religious community there where many expectations for her to live up to, all of which she failed to meet. Instead of taking interest in the faith's teachings she instead fell in love with the world of fiction, more specifically stories about the paranormal. This was not against the teachings of her community's faith but it still caused the rest to view her unfavorably. She was often ignored whenever she tried to express her interests, or anything that wasn't faith related at all really. Along with her unorthodox interests she also did not socialize the same as everyone else, she would often ignore small talk and would always be blunt with how she spoke which the others would take as her being rude. Due to this she began to grow a disdain for others believing them to not be worth her time and so she would retreat into her books and swore off socializing entirely. However, despite how much she pretends otherwise Paula yearns for companionship. As much as they refuse to understand her she too refuses to understand other people and so she just continues to get lonelier and lonelier while pretending she's not. Of course in the end she's able to find a community that's willing to understand her despite her eccentricities, a group of people she's also willing to try to understand as well.

Oh man this one's hard because I've kinda skewed everything by only ever drawing Merenna. I would of course like the favorite to be her but I'm not sure. Hmm I never really thought about it actually. I think Merenna and Riley would get married for sure!! Savon, who I haven't drawn in forever is in an arranged marriage to the princess of a neighboring kingdom. It's a political marriage but they don't hate each other

Zaayel, the crown prince's personal guard. Across her back is an array of scars given to her by those who trained her. Every time she would make a mistake they would slash her across the back with the sword she would have to one day take up to defend the prince. These scars are a mark of great shame to her so she grew her hair out in an attempt to cover them.
