Never knows best. She/her.
was a bit confused by Jacob Elordi's casting in this until I remembered how tall he is

Not massively convinced by Mia Goth's acting in this

Enjoy! I've been playing a little bit of Elderfield and I'm impressed they managed to tack so much stuff onto the RPGMaker engine

have you ever played Mycorrhiza? It's a visual novel that also has the Junji Ito aesthetic: fulminisictus.itch.io/mycorrhiza

Yeah the open letter from businesses looks promising

Yeah it's a mixed bag. Weirdly, I feel like there's been a change as of late as the anti-trans stuff has gotten way nastier. Like GCs have 'caught the car' and it's just so obviously disproportionate bullying

And because Labour is full of gigantic morons they're going to replace Davies with someone even more right wing, even though having a public broadcaster less in the tank for the Conservatives and Reform would undoubtedly help their polling/public image

He was installed as part of the Johnson government's undermining of ostensibly 'impartial' institutions (see also: the EHRC)

Tim Davies is literally, unironically a paid-up Tory

I think I'd agree with others who say that the BBC's cultural content is generally more liberal, and that the anti-trans bias is concentrated more heavily in the news and elite/management parts of the organisation

Would push back on this slightly in relation to BBC News. Quite a few of the journalists they have covering trans issues have an (anti-trans) activist bent, and they've definitely been guilty of the verbal acrobatics other outlets go through to avoid using trans people's pronouns

- Surprisingly, Aldi have some good cheap stuff too. I use their hydrating face wash daily. Both are CeraVe dupes but cheaper and imo better and less drying

- My GP never told me this, but smoothing on eczema cream in the direction of hair growth genuinely makes a difference. Putting it on straight after showering can also help it absorb better
- I've been using this Boots facial moisturiser for a while and I find it nice and gentle

- If you're not using it already, Zeroveen is good when you've got redness and irritation, and you can also get it on prescription
- You can get Alum blocks cheap online or from Indian grocers. You wet with cold water and rub on after shaving, it closes up small cuts and generally reduces irritation

are you using anything for your facial eczema? Happy to give some recs if you need them

yeah, I think the first two eps are out now? The tone is way different, but I'm reminded a little bit of Utopia (visually striking conspiracy-tinged sci-fi/thriller show)
