After 7 years of riding with a back pack, i found a second-hand upright Dutch bike (rare to come by in my city). Gave it a $400 service. After a few weeks noticed that one of the nuts holding the mudgard was missing. Went to the bike shop - got charged $5 for the nut and $15 for the labour.
