Was ghost agnostic until we were haunted for a month by the ghost of my wife’s cat that got hit by a car. Heard his bell and claws on the hallway tile frequently.

This takes the prank I played on my tween daughter to a whole different level. She had a mechanical parrot that would record you and play it back in a bird voice. I put a bunch of quotes from Full Metal Jacket on it.

That is great. My cousin has had many vagabond cats take up residence in her barn over the decades. She TNRs them. Some become tame enough to move into the house. Like how @pmskinner.bsky.social found a home for Creamsicles One and Two.
