The wildest element was not distributing food and supplies that were already forwarded into the field. We'd already paid most of the cost.
They wouldn't even match cuts to a budget cycle let alone a farming cycle. So of course their dumbasses didn't end up saving money anywhere else either.

Swalwell worked for a dirty DA early in his career and comes from a cop family. Holding officers accountable will never happen while he's in charge. He campaigned to recall the sitting Dem county DA because she charged officers for misconduct and wouldn't promote his family inside the office.
