My fake lip ring is a clip-on; when it was new, it caused me pain, but when you wear it enough times for a while, the pain disappears.

As for my septum, you just put the open space in between your nose.

I strongly recommend getting a fake lip ring; all the piercings I have are fake, but they look so real to people.
