I made sure to grab quick meals as well when I went shopping. Growing old really isn't easy. I am expecting a few times where I am non-functional for one reason or another. For today I am still super energetic. I am hoping it hangs around for a few days lol

It was so still and cold this morning. It made me feel a bit alive through elevated pain. I just finished what I needed to this morning and I'm starting to get things around for dinner. I'm thinking tuna casserole

Yea it is. It made me learn how to make favorite treats for ex's.

I don't play that one but I find all mobile games don't give much good currency free. It is to make you buy them. Micro transactions is where they make their money

Nope peanut butter sugar cookies are super easy. Just add sugar until it looks and feels like cookie dough. Its a quick one to make when I was spoiling my niblings

Peanut butter, sugar, an egg and chocolate chips 350 for about 10 ish minutes

I've seen too many examples of winging it go bad I don't like to take the chance if I can avoid it

I have heard stories from all my ex's and friends. Every single one has had them

It has never been an intentional thing and I always understood where it was coming from. If a 6 foot + person randomly appeared behind me I'd jump too. I tend to cross the street if I see i make someone nervous or slow down/rest now. At least the guard had an eye wash station
