Reminded of the 2009/10 weather, because we got a new sofa that winter. 4pm, drivers had brought it from Wales, were late because of snow, extremely surly & unhelpful getting it in, wouldn't help us, but we had to pick up a cat from vet at 4.30 so it was put in garage.
