PhDing update: I have really turned a HUGE mindset corner, and I have a new drive to finish.
I have from now until the end of the year to finish writing. I have a plan, an amazing team of mentors, and just enough spite that it keeps things interesting. This is going to happen.

I’m still here — teaching and finishing my dissertation.
I’m also launching a new program in our College. Technically it’s “extra” work, but it doesn’t feel like it. Bit by bit, I’m trying to shift the culture in this place.
