The problem with people like this who have been operating criminal activities for a long time is there are hundreds of enablers in this guy's life who have done zero.

One would think that the highly paid engineers would have thought "well, if someone sitting in the driver seat and the light is on then we won't turn it off because somebody's actually sitting in the vehicle probably reading or doing something else.

Like I said some 7th/6th/5th grader could realize that if you have a sensor that says "after 10 minutes turn the light off (ANY LIGHT)" feature is a good idea.
