Ex-Trump lawyer John Dowd defends Jack Smith:

"Smith was once my adversary in a high-profile investigation of a Republican client. In that investigation, Smith proved himself to be fair, impartial and fearlessly committed to the facts … [R]ecent attacks on Smith are motivated by partisan politics."
Opinion | I'm Trump's former lawyer. Jack Smith should be celebrated, not vilified.
John Dowd: Jack Smith was once my adversary in a high-profile investigation of a Republican client. Smith was fair, impartial and fearlessly committed to the facts and the law.

He just can’t get away from trying to defend the president without making it look like he has absolutely no idea what’s going on at any point in time…

BREAKING on MS NOW:

Jack Smith, in his opening statement to House Judiciary, says:

"Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election and to prevent the lawful transfer of power."

Trump compared to a drunk guy at a bar by House Republican over attack on Rob Reiner. His chief of Staff says he has an "alcoholic's personality". Seems like the guy who lied about everything in his life lied about being sober.

That old drunk is trying to destroy our country.

BREAKING: Dan Bongino, is expected to announce his resignation.

Here's the interesting part:

Bongino told his team that he tentatively planned to announce his departure on Dec. 19.

What is on Dec 19th?

That's the deadline for Trump to release the Epstein Files.

WTF? ICE is arguing in court that US CITIZENS can be detained, handcuffed, and biometrically screened unless they can prove citizenship on the spot. And that a REAL ID isn't enough. This isn't border security.

Let’s be clear:

Susie Trump hasn’t denied making those statements. She’s just claiming they’ve been “taken out of context.”

So, she made the comments. End of story.

Let me see here... Trump is planning to launch a full-scale war against Venezuela on the same day that the Epstein files must be released according to a law passed by Congress and signed by Trump.

It is almost as if Trump will stop at nothing, including war crimes, to keep the files secret.
