I was thinking about this today! Convenience cities vs experience cities. Because capitalism, you choose whether you want a stateless, transactional relationship with your city (and its people) or a stateful, social relationship.

If the world was actually human centered, I would agree with you. But it’s not. It’s capital centered. I’m sure a lot of progressives see their human capital as useless or lacking progress because the system we have does not reward progress, it rewards shareholders.
