With eggman out of college he definitely wouldn’t still be by his side now. Solis isn’t evil. And he doesn’t want to hurt anyone to get what he wants. Unlike eggman <3 he respects nature and biology and wishes to combine the two- where as eggman bends nature to his will for what he wants

They were friends in college but he got hired by gun right out of school. Eggman didn’t end ended up where he is for whatever reason! Solis misses the friend he used to have and hates him for the evil he’s done. They’re very much on the opposite sides if morality. Even if he had stayed

Here’s solis! He’s an Ex GUN mechanic. He’s responsible for making a lot of the tech GUN uses including their mechs. He spend most of his time at GUN helping them understand Eggmans tech. He left GUN after Shadow woke back up - He knew Eggman in college so everything hit close the home for him.
