I’m reading The Land of the Beautiful Dead and keep wondering: why would a powerful being who has lived for hundreds of years - or more - still crave intimacy and emotional connection with humans? At forty, you can barely find the motivation to get out of bed. What’s the motivation here? We’ll see.

I got a request under my Faile drawing on reddit to show her full body so the divided skirt would be visible. I made a few quick sketches. The green one is how I always imagined the divided skirts while reading. Historical clothing inspired the blue version. I didn’t really focus on the top part.
