Finally finished. Abstract Landscape’Rain over the Hills’. Acrylic on linen, 12”x16” (30x40 cm). I’d always fancied painting on linen but it took a while to find some pre-framed, I’m not totally sure I’ll go back to it. Two other wip are now looking at me expectantly.
Yesterday I was sorting out the dreaded ‘cupboard under the stairs’ when I came across this. Twenty years ago, when I retired, I took up painting, this was my very first effort and the learning process started right away. Still learning.
