This is about a mystery game with a pretty glaring subplot oversight and forgetting realism and game logic are not, in fact, synonymous. And that's fine! Games need game logic! It's just weird to be uppity about "realistic" mysteries when it requires "unrealistic" solutions. Moreso, unfortunate

Creating is hard. Things suck. This used to not bother me. But I'm becoming increasingly more bothered and it's frustrating. I shouldn't talk, I've given up

It's just sad seeing ambitious projects so close but miss the most important marks to achieve that greatness

And even then, it is what it is? And endings can ultimately wrap up rough scenes. But man it can be grating when something wants to have their cake and eat it too, but wants you to pretend there's no cake

I usually run on the logic "I'll meet stories where they are at" and like to think I can be pretty forgiven of fantastical shit as long as it serves the ultimate intention. Like I can sit through an episode, chapter, etc fine. It's when I step back where the "wait a minute" sneaks in

like there's a lot of logistics that need to be worked out (someone solved the mystery in act 2 in this series) but i think it could be a lot of fun if done right
