Why doesn’t this MoFo ever stand? Because he’s too fucking weak physically to stand and too fucking weak emotionally to see himself on anyone else’s level.
Trump on body cams for DHS officers in Minnesota: "It wasn't my decision. I leave it to [Noem]. They generally tend to be good for law enforcement because people can't lie about what's happening. If she wants to do that I'm okay with it."

Hmmmm. I’m confused.
Pirro: "You bring a gun into the District, you mark my words, you're going to jail. I don't care if you have a license in another district and I don't care if you're a law abiding law owner somewhere else. You bring a gun into this District, count on going to jail. And that makes all the difference"

Well, to quote Bluesky's favorite president, Ronald Reagan:

"Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. It has to be fought for and defended by each generation."
....." - yet..." remains the operative and very dark concept.

New in PN: The protection racket regime

"While the administration blamed Pretti for his own murder, Bondi went full protection racket. All Minnesota has to do for payment is agree to her thuggish demands that have literally nothing to do with Trump's supposed justification for occupying the state."

Where we are:
1. With the action in GA, the FBI has been mobilized as part of the plan to steal the 2028 election. And the DNI being on the scene is beyond ominous.
2. After bring chaos and illegality and killings to MN, the ICE assault on that city and others will continue with minimal changes.

Texas Halts Hiring of H-1B Workers at State Colleges, Agencies
Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordered state agencies and public universities to immediately freeze new H-1B visa petitions, curtailing a program that has also been overhauled by President Donald Trump.

More evidence that Trump is the worst human being ever to serve as president (and there is some stiff competition).

Great. Everything is so fucked that somehow I agree with Greenwald.

He nails it here, though.

One thing that shows you how bad ICE’s tactics are — ACTUAL cops are among the most vocal and biting in criticizing them.
Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara: "People have had enough. This is the third shooting in less than 3 weeks. The MPD went the entire year last year recovering about 900 guns from the street, arresting hundreds of violent offenders, and we didn't shoot anyone ... this is not sustainable."

This. All of it. But don’t exclude from prosecution the leaders who created and guided and ordered the crimes.
Congress is not powerless. Democrats must unify around an actual agenda.

1. Vote no on DHS funding bill.

2. Repeal the multi-year $75 billion funding for ICE.

3. End qualified immunity for ICE agents.

4. Investigate and prosecute every single ICE agent who broke the law.

Fascidm is not too strong a word for this administration.
Fox News: "I've gotten my hands that AG Bondi said she sent to Gov. Tim Walz. It is strongly worded. The AG calls for the governor to support the men and women of ICE, to repeal the state's sanctuary policies, and to allow the DOJ to access state voter rolls."

General Mark Hertling (@markhertling.bsky.social) and others like him are the real heroes for speaking up when too many others remain silent—and thus, even unintentionally, tacitly support Trump.
"They are thugs. And, I'll add to that, cowards. You give me any one of those guys, without a weapon and without a badge and without an association to the federal forces, and they would be a nobody."
