Often found on a golf course (the very nice one in the picture) Scottish & politically left of centre. Unhealthily good at MS Excel. Makes a decent espresso & sourdough pizza (gluten free options always available). 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏌️
Back in the 90s I did 🎺 🎶 for a living
Corrie golf club, Isle of Arran.
£25 honesty box day ticket. Lovely.

B52s in the air close to Venezuela. Not the best cock & balls drawing I’ve ever seen but top marks for effort.

Should have read the sign, Keegan.

Good morning BBC, Sky and every other journalistic outlet unwilling to speak truth to power.
The Mirror, of all things, shows how to cover Trump. When he’s deranged, say he’s deranged. When he’s lying, say he’s lying. Not difficult.
Also applies to Farage, Tice and the rest of the UK right.

Have you seen this week’s Private Eye cover?
Perfect visual gag on the same topic.

Perfection.

Ahem…
@privateeyenews.bsky.social would like some credit.

Trump returns from Alaska triumphant. Rare black & white image.

Can collaborate.
But outsize is and I started with a 98.

They are on the ground at Prestwick. 6 in total.
Presumably resting & fuelling up before returning to US.

A very strange flight path for this USAF C17. Looked like it was heading straight for Prestwick as normal but then appears to have done some sightseeing over Turnberry then looped round & headed for Glasgow. Most unusual.

U2 spy plane heading over Scotland. If you have clear skies and binoculars, you may be able to see it.

This one irritates me enormously. Not ‘maybe later’ but ‘absolutely never ever’.
I tried it once and it went all algorithmy. Yuck.

Is Trump tanking markets deliberately so his rich pals can buy on the cheap? Now’s certainly a good time to be a cash rich billionaire with the ability to profit from a fire sale.

A fine day on the links today. Arran crystal clear. #golfsky

It’s not every day that you see a U2 spy plane fly over Arran. Too high to see the plane even with binoculars but the vapour trail was clearly visible.

Why is this popup appearing when I click on a story link on BlueSky?
I have a paid subscription ad-free and can read everything as normal via the app. I’m logged in.

Gerald Rayner managed to wipe £500M off the market cap of his business by a single poorly-calculated joke.
Elon Musk is now delivering the greatest ever ‘hold my beer’.

The A719 Maidens Road runs between Turnberry Hotel & the golf courses. South Ayrshire Council should rename it ‘Gulf of Mexico Road’
Back in the ‘80s Glasgow City Council renamed the location of the South African Consulate to ‘Nelson Mandela Place’. Must have pissed off the apartheid regime bigly.

And, of course, Bellenden Gardens, Edinburgh.

They’re at it again. Ryanair - ya feckin’ eejits. Don’t try to fly to Scotland. Red Do Not Travel warning also applies to you.
Looks like this one’s diverting to Newcastle.
