Reviewing remote work spots 🛋️🧠
💬 Verdict: disappointing.
🕒 Lost my morning.
🧠▫️▫️▫️▫️ 1/5
✅ Lesson: not all hotels are remote-friendly — even if they look good on the map.

If you need a place to work in the morning — skip this hotel.
Nothing open, no seats... just... reception.
Wasted my time and walked over to Hilton instead.

Asked at reception if there’s anywhere to sit and work.
Answer: No.
No lobby, no café, no workspace.
Restaurant opens at 12:00 if I remember correctly — until then, you're on your own.

🪑 Tables seem fine for 2–4h sessions (I left earlier).
📍Pro: no need to order anything to stay.
📉 Con: unstable internet makes it risky for dev work.
There’s also a bar in the lobby that opens at 12:00 (same wifi).

Switched to a mobile hotspot — still slow. Possible reasons:
– overloaded network (conference in progress)
– signal blocked by the building
– congested local BTS (cell tower)
Bottom line: not usable for any serious workflow.

📶 Unfortunately, the hotel Wi-Fi didn’t work with my company’s VPN.
I couldn’t connect to internal resources.
VPNs like NordVPN or Surfshark would likely work (more flexible protocols), but I didn’t test them on-site.
