I feel like now it is full of people who play QP or are new to the game but just cuz they watch OW eSports streams, they play n try to flank like pros and then blame the loss on their teammates when they lose. Literally had a Mercy who went AFK for 2 rounds cuz I told her she hadnt bought any perks

I hope Rami is living his best life fitting in some flight time when he can and not getting random checked as much as he used to. You're such a huge source of support and inspiration for so many devs regardless of whether you help them personally or simply by your words and actions <3

Without seeing his speech that day and continuing to follow people like him and Davey Wreden and all the stinky incel chaos happening with GamerGate at the time, I don't know if I would have had the motivation and knowledge to found a game dev community in my town and keep it going through covid.

Was just reminded as I bought tickets for SXSW that about 12 yrs ago, I went to SXSW to help my brother promote his business but I got the chance to go to a panel talk that included Rami. I had seen some articles and followed him on Twitter for a bit but I remember his words were so inspiring.

Naw, just broke and can easily combined family visiting w/ SXSW. Mostly avoiding lactose because of the keto diet but cheese is alright.

I went to this bar popular with college students recently. Eavesdropped on two CS majors who were talking about how they rely on ChatGPT way too much and were trying to comfort themselves by saying that they could probably still get a job somewhere by relying on AI coding help.

I was a little bummed Bananza didn't have some more difficult NG+ mode but smashing stuff up and the little conversations you'd have every time you took a nap and all that...it gives Elite Beat Agents vibes in terms of Nintendo being like, "Okay this isn't gonna sell 50 million copies but lets do it

That is whats happening with so many Arc Raiders players right now who expected Battlefield but 3rd person or "just like Tarkov." They go into the main Discord and act like they have better ideas for how to improve the game than devs who cut their teeth making Battlefield and Apex.
