I’m incredibly curious about the impact of JC’s original dad because KR is such a pivotal character in the story, so I wonder if his original dad was pivotal at one point. One could assume not since they focus primarily on terminating either John or Sarah, but the question looms.

So who was the man that fathered JC in the original timeline before it got completely jacked up? Did he have any sort of presence or influence on JC’s life which led to JC becoming so “feared” by the machines? Is there a timeline where he fights for JC the way Sarah does? Or even alongside them?

Then when the machines decided they were gonna send terminators back in time to prevent him from being born, JC sent Kyle back to protect Sarah, completely changing the course of the past/history. Resulting in Kyle then becoming his “new” dad.

It couldn’t have always been Kyle. Though the time travel aspects of the Terminator franchise are incredibly shaky, there has to have been a man who got Sarah pregnant in order for John to initially have been born.

Words have meaning and the way we use them matters. Ra*e by definition is an act of non-consensual sex. Rough sex and ra*e are NOT synonymous.

We need to stop the normalization of ra*e. You want rough sex, then tell your partner you want rough sex; but to say that you want to ra*e or to be ra*ed is incredibly weird.

In 2017 I was sexually assaulted by a white woman in public. Everyone around acted as if they didn’t see anything the entire time she harassed me. The moment I snapped and cussed her out, everyone suddenly noticed but ran to her defense, not mine.

I remember one man in particular said that my wants/needs when it came to sex didn’t matter. Just to see how he would respond, I told him that I just wouldn’t prep to bottom. His response to me was, “I’m getting what I want regardless, and YOU will just have to clean the sheets after.”

As I’ve dated, I’ve had multiple men over the years tell me that if we were to become partners, they expect sex whenever they want it and that they’ll “take it” if I refuse.
