Clients like this are what keeps me going - this individual has completely turned things around and begun to build a life they are excited to live. And I’m grateful that they won’t have their feet kicked out from under them just as they are starting starting to find them.

This is a great service that I personally use and can tell you it is WELL worth it to get that kind of discount and try it out. Thank you so much for offering this for a really good cause!

2/2: I am only licensed in VA so the offer is for those in the greater Richmond area or within an hour of it. You can write the firm’s number on your arm - I’ll be answering if I can but if I don’t, please leave a message and I will call right back. Our number is 804-292-0550.

Honestly, I've found their help files to be surprisingly intuitive. But the best hints would be from my staff, who cleaned up our use significantly. So my best trick - let the staff set it up to suit their needs and then adjust to your specific needs from there.

But for some attorneys, in particular those doing appeals, 95-100% can be the research and writing aspects. Especially if you work with an attorney who is happy to do the in-court portion. But for that, you could also be a paralegal.

That said, the cost of law school is high, so definitely worth doing an internship or working at a law firm for a bit to make sure you will enjoy it. I love my job - but I’ll likely never get out of debt for it. So it needs to be worth that.

Attack librarian is still 100% my favorite job title.

In all honesty, all that federal funding and regulation is due to an extremely broad definition for the Commerce Clause of the constitution. This is just taking that to its ultimate extreme. Which isn’t to say I don’t find that terrifying.

This article is about how a vehicle hit a logging truck and the driver was killed by the logs coming through the windshield.

To be clear, intellectual property and contracts are not my main areas of practice. But we can definitely at least see what we’d be taking on.
