I found most AI programs useless. Don't know why everyone is rushing from one to the other. Maybe I'm getting old and outdated.

Sounds like he wants to end every federal agency to "cut spending.".
So, if he does this, either the logistics will be contracted out to a third party to be paid by the states and in OJs pocket, or he's hoping it just impacts blue states.
