Yes! I think either gender should wear whatever is comfortable! I support the theory that gender is a social construct.
I just read that Mr. Fish (Michael Fish) designed the dress that David Bowie wore for his cover on "The Man Who Sold the World."

I do think in a hyper-masculine society, men are stymied from trying to dress well. Fashion, even every day, has long been a signifier for class, however. It's interesting to see how that has changed over time. The most disgustingly rich pay enormous fees to look homeless. Much to think about!

I do think men want to dress well, just as women do. The problem is where to wear it? These days it is easy to go out and find something to do, but back then there weren't as many places to go. Plus, most places are "low brow." I stan for the clothing in Frakenstein. Beautiful tailoring & fabric

Women would go to jail for wearing pants, back in the old days. Sure, perhaps wearing pants should be part of the feminist agenda. Yet, I also stan for leggings.

Jeans are just absolutely the worst. How does anyone ever relax in them? I love my thighs and love being soft!

I mean to be fair, if I were gonna go horse riding, I would wear pants. I prefer shorts and the like. Perhaps skirts. But also no pants.
