I was today's year old when I realised that this isn't actually that Radiant Silver Gun/Ikaruga sequel that's been in the works since forever. That game is called Ubusuna, and it's still in the works since 2014!

Oh man, you know what? I wonder if you could port this to DOS to get that Pre Windows 3.1 feel to it.

Not sure how you would get the 3D stuff to work in DOS well, but the bulk of the 2D stuff would look great in a CGA/VGA mode!

That's pretty cool, but now we need a version 2 with an analogue plunger. Though I can't remember if Xenotilt uses an analogue plunger or an auto plunger. Admittedly it's been a while since I last played Xenotilt.

I wonder if an ethernet option could improve the seek time, or is the latency of a network in general the reason for the longer seek time?
