I played it out of curiosity to se if it was any good. It genuinely isn't. Shaders take 15 minutes to load, Gameplay is bad, story is weird, choices don't matter, maps are giant and empty. You go to class ONE TIME for tutorials then never again.

It feels like the demo release was really rushed and like the devs focused way too much time and effort on assets and not enough on gameplay and narrative. Why must cozy games continue to do this 😭

Card game phase, deckbuilding, and fishing were fun tho

I also thought that the minigames were going to be kinda cooking mama-esque where you follow a recipe and do the games that correspond to the steps in each dish, but you just do all 3 and don't even know what you're making until after you finish and none of it correlates.

I played the demo and it's uhhh kinda rough. Trying to be too many things and not really succeeding at most of them. Graphics are also a bit bloated and the map is too big. Tutorials both overexplain and underexplain mechanics. Card game phase is fun though.
