That is some absolute bullshit, especially the gift-card refund shit. I don't know how the laws are over there, but you'd *think* it'd be mandatory to fully refund something that's the wrong damn size. o_o

Yeah, it just seems like almost everyone I know who has Index hardware has had to RMA at least one thing. It'd be nice if Valve would get better hardware QA. >.>;
