I've been home today and we only keep soft warm lights on in the corners so that we can see but it's not harsh. I may try to get some Gatorade or something. Currently just drinking good ol fashioned water

They definitely see the reviews, they just apparently don't consider them as heavily against the actual deadlines themselves. I'll just make the deadlines longer in the future to accommodate myself.

It's understandable, and I'm not terribly upset, but it's frustrating to have full approval, understanding, and open communication with my commissioners and still have it disregarded in this case. But it is what it is.

There are some other criteria they look at that aren't mentioned up front. It felt like they disregarded the reviews and only looked at whether or not the exact deadlines were met. I missed some deadlines, and they can't see the approval/encouragement from my clients for me to do so.

Ohhh, gotcha. With a cursory glance at Google I see some noise brushes so I'd look into that! I know Clip Studio (my program of choice) and Photoshop can render noise.

You might also be able to just look up a picture and play with the opacity and stuff till it works

Have you tried pencil brushes and rendering noise in selections? I feel like they probably use noise rendering because of how uniform the grain is
