We’ve watched our friends to the south face attacks on truth, rights, and basic democratic norms. Let it be clear, Canadians DO NOT stand by while democracy is pushed around!

We stand in Solidarity because Democracy isn’t just an American ideal. It’s a shared one. And we protect it together!

Sweet sick irony that this is Germany supporting a people defending their right to sovereignty from an aggressor bent on total subjugation. Germans should be proud of the positive changes they have made over the last 80 years.

Seems like global market forces at play right?

Researchers are interfered with, forced to pay outrageous visa fees, and deal with ideologically imposed research restrictions ... why not go someplace else not anti-intellectual, paying, and welcoming?

For the party of values, duplicity seems to be the only one they adhere and cling to.

Is it the millionaires that make the city, or the businesses they ostensibly run? Or is it the blood sweat and tears of the people that give life to all those corporate entity shells?

Yeah, sadly. Yes. But i truly hope the patriotic men and women in the services that remain, will, when pushed over the cliff of legality and moral propriety stiffen and resist. ( naive I know)

Assuming that live ammunition was issued, it is just a matter of time until some group panics and fires live rounds into unarmed civilian protesters .. I am quickly losing faith in our soldiers and agents to not follow illegal orders.

Same mentality that does this will certainly fabricate violence to justify live round gunfire.
