Once you enter the corridor past the locker room, helmet guards will start chasing you down. This is normal, if those are the ones you mean.

A few other interesting findings by KholdFuzion:
- The emulator used is called PearlN64
- The base ROM is a 1:1 match with any other .z64
This means that they broke the game with their patches and not with ROM modifications

This is not true - I was in the check-in desk within the scheduled timeframe an hour before the flight.
