the rubber on my ps vita thumbsticks was really worn down and gross so I replaced them with some 3d printed ones

Unfortunately I dropped it and the petg broke pretty badly.
I ended up going all the way and having it 3d printed in Somos EvoLVe 128 resin. I also did some finishing with 2000 grit and novus plastic polish and then aerospace 303.
it kind of looks like spoiled milk but function over form I guess 😭

I sprayed a ton of isopropyl into the microsd card slot to try and dissolve as much flux as possible.
I also put some deoxit on the pins and a spare microsd and did some inserting and removing so hopefully there won't be connection issues or something because of the flux.

now I'm just waiting for my nand-aid boards from oshpark and then this Wii u will be fully modded. i got the components from mouser already but am still trying to find a good high endurance 64gb microsd that isn't super overpriced for some reason

yep it was def because of the shelf! I tried testing the PS3 out in a different location with more room for airflow and it's doing so much better! Now I know the delidding went super well for sure 😁

set up a sub network in my house with some openwrt routers so that I can have one network where I can set up specific firewall rules and stuff like pihole without messing up the main network my parents use for work
first time using openwrt and it was honestly super enjoyable to have so much power

replaced the body of my mx master 3 with a 3d printed replacement. printed this with translucent green petg and then just did some finishing with a file and then wet sanded from 600 to 2000 grit and coated with aerospace 303.

made a nice little dedicated music device for myself from an old htc one m7 I had laying around

Now all my main consoles are in good working condition with less janky-ness! I think the only one still a little janky is my switch lite modchip but it's not really that bad, it's just that my wire routing of the enameled wire wasn't that good so there is probably some signal interference happening.
