So why does it still exist!?!?!?!?! I ran a private foundation, I gave away more than the minimum, and had to report it to the IRS every year. Why aren't any of these rich jacka$$es punished for ignoring the law?!?!?! Why do we have to follow the rules and they don't?!?!?
