Whatever personal feelings one may have against Democratic politicians needs to be put aside for the common good. The more political pressure the administration will get, the less of this you may see.

As an immigration lawyer, the best thing you can do is make sure that the Democrats have the biggest majority in Congress possible. Realistically speaking the more oversight we have over ICE, the better. You can also donate to nonprofit immigration services who are overwhelmed right now.
