It did seem to work out really nicely, thanks!

Time makes fools of us all.

Hopefully 3lbs isn't enough to break me down. Hopefully.

I'm sure it's a dream 🙂
January 31, 2026 at 2:54 AM
Yep! I'll be back to shoot it again, I'm sure of it
January 31, 2026 at 2:45 AM
I'm just saying, you've given me a lot to think about.

It's fine. I'm fine.

🥲

I keep high price lawyers on retainer, don't get any ideas
January 31, 2026 at 2:15 AM
Sounds workable. We'll get through all this.
January 31, 2026 at 2:14 AM
It worked
January 31, 2026 at 2:09 AM
If you're back is anything like mine I hope you're doing okay after that.

Damn I'm a mess haha

Unreal, that looks like a fictional location in a painting.

Okay, I'm on it. 100% sold, I will be there asap 🙏
January 31, 2026 at 1:47 AM
My god.

You're gonna need at least a 3 day weekend for that.
January 31, 2026 at 1:43 AM
That would be incredible! The being in Mexico part sounds more appealing than ever, as well.

I'm contemplating a goal of a gallery presentation of large prints from repeated visits to the coast through the year. Might be a fun project if they're interested in helping out 🙏

Oh damn, this is spectacular. Yes, absolutely checking this out, thanks for the heads up.

I'm already working on getting back out there now that I have a better idea on what works and what doesn't after developmening my recent shots. I could spend incredible amounts of time there.

And I will!
January 31, 2026 at 1:32 AM
Considered heading out to Thors Well since a friend of mine had taken some incredible shots there, but landed on the devils whatever instead.

It's on the list, though. So much is on this list, Randy.

I should have known better than to question your accuracy. I loved it there. Probably the coolest tucked away spot on the coast I've been to.

I'll absolutely shoot there again when I have more time to spend. Shooting large format takes me forever and I didn't bring down any snacks, you see.

I was really enjoying this post until I saw this haha

F/256 and take a nap

I remember seeing signs for Cape Perpetua but if you're talking about the crazy current shot I think that was something called Devil's Churn? I could be wrong, it's all a blur.

I didn't sleep too well in the yurt haha

Thank you very much! The backdrop worked out pretty well. I'm glad you like it!

It's hard to look at some of my work with fresh eyes so, I appreciate the perspective very much. I'll be sure to share the results
January 30, 2026 at 3:57 PM
I wasn't planning on doing much with it, honestly, but you may have motivated me to give it a shot in the dark room and see how a silver gelatin print looks!
January 30, 2026 at 3:46 PM
Ah, thank you so much, Anna! I really appreciate that.
