I pretty much just make a big batch of mashed potatoes and crumble one box of Boursin per 6 servings along with the butter and cream. It’s decadent.

Prepping for green bean casserole, Boursin mashed potatoes, deviled eggs and tiramisu assembly tomorrow. And trying not to think about my inbox at work.

Clearing the rest of my calendar in anticipation. 🍽️

I drove through part of Dickson County (reliably red) and saw multiple Aftyn signs in yards. I remain hopeful. Losing our safe Dem seat was a gut punch to those of us in Davidson County.

This one is so hard. My uncle finally went when we took him to the hospital and they would not let him leave. 1 month there and 6 weeks in a rehab and he finally understood he could not live independently. It may take medical intervention.
