Evening all. A Highlight has been the late flowering annuals & perennials. A low? The first frosts arrived late last week & have finally put an end to the Fuchsia 'Delta's Sarah's' flowers, turning the blooms into armless ballgown wearing zombies. Mind you, it was late November! #GardensHour 🌱

The Loropetalum went to look very ropey during the hot dry summer but has purpled up and is about to flower... probably just in time for the frosts - which it doesn't like either. It's rather temperamental! #GardensHour 🌱

👋 Busy... Last lot of bulbs potted up, Dahlias lifted & stored (although they were mostly a disaster again) & the swing seat got a lick of preservative oil-type stuff ready for the winter. I forgot to pick some parsley though... or some late flowering Sweet Bills #GardensHour 🌱

Evening all. I'm looking forward to the first frost & not having to mow the lawn for a while - although I will miss the annuals that are still flowering. I'm not looking forward to planting the tulip bulbs! 🌱 #GardensHour
