I’ve been recovering from some sort of cold so I didn’t eat as much as usual. Today I started with loose leaf Irish breakfast tea I received as a gift. I add maple syrup and unsweetened organic soy milk to taste. Breakfast is justegg eggs, plain bagel, butter, avocado, and half a banana #vegan
