Peppermint Bark Truffle: 9/10

like a freshly opened box of After 8 chocolate, but with a less intense cocoa scent, the mint is sweet and the chocolate is subtle, it genuinely smells edible 🍫

i've been baking for years, and this smells almost too photorealistic, it smells like soft, warm pie crust, with a tart raspberry jam that dries down to a sweet candied scent 🥧
