I set up the tiny spare room as a place to display and mess about with things, beautiful old desk with a soldering station, comfy gaming chair, perfect place to disappear... just as lockdown happened. The wife promptly started using it as an office and hasn't left 😅

Update: A recent Christos Gage comic, Battleworld #1 (Sept 25) has a time-plucked Peter state he's been Spider-Man for a few months, and he's 15! You could argue that this Peter isn't *that* Peter, but it's fairly obvious he's meant to be. So however old he was circa 62/63? They've retconned it.
Spider-Man hides behind a car stating "I can't do this. I fight old men in flight suits. I'm only 15..." while Luke Cage and Carol Danvers help each other up in the background, and Maestro gets zapped.
