The doggo looks happy so no actual danger...
And perhaps whoever tied the poor guy up is still in the vicinity...
I might have question or two to them... one might be about if they could tie me up and play with me too...

In the latter case, I do believe he has to give back to society. Mostly in form of copious amounts of semen samples...

Erm, you know how to open a new window/compartment by dragging one out the side of the panel?
