My belief on land being public lies within the fact we already paying "rent" even on a fully paid property due to property taxes kind of being insane. If land isn't within the market, its a public investment paid for by the taxes we pay on homes, and isn't as prone to investors jacking up prices.

Make land public, not private. Investments into industry and retail make sense, but on real estate specifically, it doesnt produce any real value other than making everything more expensive. I truly believe it shouldn't be within the market. (2/3)

(When I say "parasites" I mean anyone investing in insurance companies and the companies themselves, real estate investors, crypto people, AI investors, food conglomerates that have close to a monopoly, I could go on and on and on and on and on.)

I wanna try to too. Its hard to envision a path to do so, but they've gotten shafted so hard while the government apparently thinks crypto investors and United Healthcare deserve to live way better. Things are beyond bullshit right now.
