Chicago food and food culture is fab! IMO, the comedy “South Side” is the best representation of Chicago of all time. Funny as hell.

100%. I'm from the Chicago area and the way the show blatantly panders for street cred with local references is shameless (pun intended). It drives me nuts and it's unnecessary...a similar show set in LA or NYC wouldn't pull this crap.
