Judge Saris threw out Trump's ban on wind farms using federal land. The judge said his order is arbitrary and illegal. All federal renewable projects are on again!

A Utah judge denied Republican state lawmakers’ request to pause her ruling striking down their new gerrymander, and rejected their argument that they “had no opportunity to appeal.” The ruling leaves the pro-voting map intact for the 2026 elections.

Farmers growing soybeans, corn, and cattle are still squeezed, and consumers are paying more for tortillas, beef, and avocados. The administration’s “aid” is like putting salsa on a burnt taco — it doesn’t solve the problem, it just covers it up.

Helping looks like political “good trouble” - rallies, protests, education of others on key issues, writing elected officials, writing op-eds to local news media, donations to helpful organizations, etc…

Since January, the Trump administration has cut more than $1 billion in grants to the NSF, which sponsors much of the basic research at universities and federal laboratories, and $4.5 billion to the NIH. 2026 looks to be much worse. Help us fight to get back and protect science funding.

If Trump and his cronies keep going, it could easily end America’s longstanding role as the world leader in science and innovation. It’s already made a heavy blow…
