There needs to be a concrete mentoring system in Congress, when a politician hits 70 they should be integrating the next generation into their policy making agenda.

I'm a lifelong independent who finally decided to join my local Democrats. I filled an empty slot on our ballot and helped unify our team. We just won our whole slate in a previously Republican held area!
I hope we can all rally our best for next year, it will be a fight!
