Mailed letters today to Representative Johnson and Senator Thune. Briefly asking them to exert more Congressional control over U. S. foreign policy. Did not mention, though they must know, that mid-term elections are coming on November 3rd.

I am interested in reading the text of the plaques that appeared in the presidential walk of fame (White House). Should be easy to find. Lots of spin and tease, but not much luck so far. Especially interested in Eisenhower. Republican Party and Chief Executive don't seem to remember him.

Yesterday, Spc Sarah Becstrom was laid to rest in West Virginia at a VA National Cemetery.
Surprisingly none of the major major news media mention it. No flags were lower to half staff.
